This key civil engineering project realizes comprehensive geothermal energy utilization in Osaka metropolitan area. The distributed central heating pipeline supplies heating hot water for commercial zones and residential communities. Japanese infrastructure implements strict JIS industrial standards, requiring excellent high-temperature resistance, stable weldability, inner surface cleanliness and anti-creep property. After sample evaluation and on-site factory audit by Japanese technical team, Pengyuan Steel was selected as designated supplier of seamless heating pipes.
Long-term transportation of geothermal hot water at 80~120℃, pipes need reliable high-temperature performance to avoid deformation;

All seamless steel pipes arrived at Osaka Port on schedule and passed joint inspection successfully. The geothermal heating pipeline operates steadily without leakage or deformation. Successful delivery helps Pengyuan further expand urban thermal and water engineering market in Japan.
