This project is located in a large palm oil deep processing industrial park in Sabah, Malaysia. The process pipeline network supports new refining production lines for high-pressure sealed transportation of hot palm oil and oil derivatives.The tropical environment features heavy rainfall, high humidity and salt spray. Pipes operate continuously under high temperature. The project follows British BS standards and Malaysian industrial specifications, with strict requirements on heat resistance, weather corrosion resistance and weldability. After quotation comparison, sample testing and factory audit, Pengyuan Steel was selected as the main seamless pipe supplier.
Alternating outdoor and indoor service in tropical climate; pipes must resist humid salt spray corrosion and withstand medium at around 110℃;
Non-stop production requires excellent anti-creep performance to avoid deformation and leakage under long-term pressure;
Mass on-site prefabricated welding demands precise dimensional tolerance and flat pipe ends;
All official documents must be issued in English and support on-site inspection by local Malaysian third-party surveyors.

All steel pipes arrived at Sabah Port on schedule and passed joint acceptance by EPC contractor and end client. After commissioning, the palm oil production line runs smoothly. The process pipelines achieve expected performance on heat resistance and anti-corrosion. This project builds stable long-term cooperation with local edible oil engineering contractors.
